Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice (cold, leftover is best!)
  • 2 eggs (beaten)
  • 1 cup frozen peas & carrots
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 green onions (chopped)

Heat sesame oil in a pan. Scramble eggs, then push to one side.
