Garlic Butter Pasta
Ingredients 200g spaghetti (or any pasta) 3 tbsp butter 4 garlic cloves, minced ½ tsp red chili flakes (optional) ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese Salt & pepper to taste Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish) Execution 1 Cook pasta: In boiling salted water until al dente (check package time). Reserve ½ cup pasta water, then drain. 2 Sauté garlic: Melt butter in a pan over medium heat.
